Since it's just the DTP logo, I'd say it's the slipcase. It's nice though.

Do you mean miserable as in they sound bad or as in they sound depressed? I saw them opening for Nightwish a few years ago and come to think of it yeah, every time they addressed the crowd they sounded completely bummed out. One guy kept yelling for one song and finally the singer just said literally word for word, "No, we're not playing that, so shut up." lolz

He had released videos for the previous DTP albums when opportunities presented themselves, so preview videos for Epicloud will come in time.

As for never touring again, I remember hearing an interview that said he'd never do it with SYL or DTB, but solo stuff eventually if he was motivated enough. And look what happened.

I think he said on his Twatter that he had one made, but the label or his management wouldn't let him post it. They wanted to focus on marketing the London DVD, I think.
