You know, I am curious as to everyone's interpretations of the video. I think it could be taken a lot of different ways, but I took it as the heavy, "shadows of SYL" argument again. Dev jumps on this "crazy train" so to speak where he confronts the anger inherent in SYL and the person he was then. Now-Dev is singing clean, he's clean cut, wearing a suit, etc. SYL-era Dev, on the other hand, or perhaps we could call him Juular, is old and decrepit, still screaming hid head off, acting crazy, and tied to vices kind of embodied in the woman holding him on the leash. Juular is screaming, venting his aggression, and now-Dev barely raises an eyebrow to his antics. That part of him is insequential anymore so he simply ignores him, walks away, and let's Juular wallow in the past and in his anger, ultimately getting nowhere on the crazy train. Which I guess could be said the same of people who can't get past SYL.
And of course Ziltoid is driving all of it

But perhaps I'm looking too much into it. I'm conditioned, I watch movies all day for grades!
