I don't think our team is really good. Not bashing them, just being realisatic. I don't think they will come up with a really good defense all of a sudden. And they will need that for the really good teams.

They're the home team, though. They may not make it to the final but I do expect them to do well. But yes, defense is going to be a problem for them. A lot of people I know are thinking we're going to see a repeat final, and I just don't see it happening... Even back in 2002, Germany was really lucky to make it to the final in my opinion. They never really faced any tougher opponents on their road to the final, and their squad was not much better than it is now.

But, anything can happen. Look at Greece.

England...hmmm...most of the players played really well, but what Eriksson was trying to do tactically I do not know. And that was sensationally bad refereeing!

Crouch was crucified by the ref and I agree, the tactics were terrible. Gerrard was wasted playing so deep. They'll have to play through the midfield more often if they want to go all the way.

Can't wait for the Aussies to play!
