If the place is big enough to facilitate some cameras without disrupting the show, this could be epic.

Gaurenteed there are 3 fans who own real digital cameras that can shoot the entire show collectively - edit between angles, acquire mix from the board - release for fans!

I'm weeping openly at the idea of that becoming reality, and already selling off a kidney to pay for it, if need be.

If I remember....the venue is pretty small and light sucks too.

Nope...The venue is a decent size, like the Starfish Room use to be. It can hold about 500 people, packed. It was pretty packed for our show in February. As far as lights go.... that all depends who's doing them and who sets them up. If you set them up and if you were there Omer....I'm sure you'd get some amazing stuff. That goes without saying ....of course  :P

Yeah..... I think you confused it with The Showroom. That gig sucked all the way around for space and for lights. It was packed though. This Kings X show should be awesome !

KingsX and DTB is the best combination I could think of. And theres a lot of bands out there. Its just fucking awesome.

Let me skip the usual 'it would be even better if you played this in MY hometown' comment but agree to the 'make some cool recordings of both bands sets' and KX gotta come on stage for guest choir vocals on Life or something and Dev gotta duet on the Over My Head intro and go total Elvis!

Enjoy it you fuckin Vancs!!!
(thats short for 'Vancouverian asses')

PICS? REVIEWS? WHUT WHUT??? SOMEBODY?? ANYONE??

Why wont they finish a set with A Simple Lullaby is beyond me. That is like the best last song. IMAGINE !!

They play "Judgement" and when the whole song is about to go into 'Simple Lullaby" The room goes dark except ONE light on Dev.

It'd be like watching a movie happen. I dunno...I alwasy picture that when I listen to it.

Reguardless, the set list rules.

Anybody know what King's X's setlist was? I had never really heard them before and they kicked my ass! I've downloaded a few tracks I know they played (Over My Head, If, Sooner or Later, Goldilox) but the complete setlist would be handy. Gotta head down to Scrape and pick up a couple of King's X albums now...
