april marks the anniversaries regardless if ulike them or niot but changed music as we know it.

kurt cobain of nirvana and layne staley of alice in chains/mad season

2 musicians,2voices,2 beautiful but dark people yet shing brightly still even though long passed.
both men struggling with inner demons, both died, both changed the persona of whata frontman and leader should be. both changed music in general. both leaving a void yet to be grasped and taken over to lead to change to channel inner pain and fears and dreams. no one will be like them each man stood on there own in there own way.
both men long passed still beloved and still there music is cherished and kept close.

thank u both for teaching me and possibly others the joy of music. evenif the music is full of darkness but with faintness of little hope fading. thank u for making music to get me through the good tmies and bad times.
thank u for bing the soundtrack in my life.
thank you till my dying day.

alice in chains reforming...
Never dug Layne's vox that much and dug Jerry Cantrell's more.

Don't forget Cozy Powell, he died on that day too. Only reason I know this is because it was also my birthday, but there were a host of people outside of music that died then too.
