I had pancakes last sunday.
And then monday for breakfast, what was left from the night before :P

I prefer them baked with bacon and cheese, then finished with some sugar.

We call this buggers "krofi" plural or "krof" singular. Pancakes are "palacinke" and both are Y U M M Y.

I don't eat them anymore, but when I was little, it was usually maple syrup, boysenberry syrup, or peanut butter with corn syrup...which sounds awful now.

lemon and sugar or golden syrup or stewed apple with cinnamon and sugar. When I was little my brother and I used to have pancake eating competitions so I would always feel grim by the end of the day eating too many but I love them it has to be said.

Holy crap...you just reminded me! I swear I am not making this up: In a pancake restraunt I once had a pancake filled with curried chicken, tortilla chips and......mango chutney!

Needless to say it was disgusting.

I think it should work ok....

If I was going to have a filling it would be savoury, and seeing as there's nothing really to pancakes, they should work with most things...like yorkshire puddings
