Monga's from Scotland. Those guys are from Saturday Night Live. That's Chris Kataan on the left. In the middle is Jim Carrey and the guy on the right is... uh... uh... fuck. I don't know the guy on the right.

Anyway, it's a semi-recurring sketch from several seasons ago. The two guys (not Jim Carrey) are always showing up in clubs and bopping their heads and terrifying the hot women. The guys are caricatures of New Jersey guys who think they're hot shit. They would get on either side of a girl and "dance" against her. Also, they'd see a girl and point between themselves and the girl going, "You and me? You and me?" etc. over and over. It was funny, sorta.

i am picturing a movie i watched a year or so ago which sound alot like what your explaining... did they make a feature by any chance.... I cant remember what it was called.
