I just got Godflesh's 'Pure' cd (found it in a used cd shop, bargin!)because I heard they influenced SYL . Anywaay there's a track on there called 'I wasn't born to follow', and a riff in this song sounds veery similar to a riff from 'All hail the new flesh'...just thought mention it.

Never really checked out Godflesh so I can't comment..

I'm a massive godflesh fan, its true that riff is the same not sure how or why, devy & godflesh have toured together so its all good. I raised this before godflesh have songs called "tiny tears" & "deadhead" from the 1989 record "streetcleaner" there is another song name devy shares with them but i forget what it is.

Anyway as far as i know devy & justin are mutual fans of each other, but everybody should make time for the mighty industrial pioneers that Godflesh were.,
