depending on your phone, you can do them yourself - some phones (eg good nokias) let you import your own files as ringtones etc.

I use a basic MP3 editing software to make my own...currently I have the opening scream in All Hail The New Flesh one of my ringtones. My phone only holds 128MB of data so rather than importing the whole song I just edit out the part(s) I want! Works pretty well!
