Jaqueline Cary - Kushiel's Dart, Kushiel's Chosen (my fav of all hers), Kushiel's Avatar, Banewreaker, Godslayer.

She blends opposites together into the most beautiful and powerful tale ever.
...I finished Godslayer yesterday and I don't think I'll stop being depressed about it for at least another week...

I don't know what my favourite book would be, but Robert Anton Wilson is my favourite writer. The last book I read was The Zealator by David Ovason and I'm about to hit up some more Tibetan stuff.
