In the Devlab' discussion, Bloodredcurls comes to talk about brussels sprouts (no need to say here why brussels sprouts appear in a Devlab discussion ), anyway, this comes just after several interviews on the only descent radio in my area where they have a short talk about food daily, and brussels sprouts are often quoted as what people don't like.
But what's wrong with brussels sprouts ?!

They're ok, but make you bloaty

I'm not finding them as repulsive as I did as a child.

As a vegetarian, it is a weird thing to say....but BURN that stuff!!!!! I always hated it and still do. Without brussels sprouts there would be no poverty and no war anymore, I´m convinced.

I never enjoyed any green food, apart from Granny Smith apples.

What about green jello? That's almost food. Or Christmas tree cookies? Or,... or,.... broccoli! Mmmm broccoli.

I only used to hate them because it was expected to hate them when I was younger. Now I've grown up (to an extent) I found they aren't so bad after all and are a welcome addition to my dinner plate...
