I couldn't agree with you more there, dark, but so much fun as well. Songs like Retrovertigo, possibly one of the greatest ballads, and the extreme darkness of Pink Cigarette, which by the way, is that song about suicide, or is it about someone who knows that there's people coming after them and knows that their time is short? The whole CD is amazing, but those are my two favorites probably. Mike's vocal parts are just mindblowing on that album too, like on Vanity Fair and Goodbye Sober Day, two fairly different vocal styles, but both really good.

To sum it up, yep, I agree heavily with you.
