Anyone else finding that the more you listen to it, the further away November 13th gets?

Heart Baby was the first tear jerker for me, and it makes Feather even more powerful. When my kids came home from school today, I gave them the biggest hug.

Feel the love!

Yeah I was on my way to the lake, second time listening...and when Feather kicked on I let it all go....then when I arrived at the lake Kawaii made it worse (better?)

Fly, Kawaii & Seams were the 3 that clicked for me on first listen (and I already love Feather), I can tell this album's gonna take a few spins for me to really catch all the vibes being put out. To be completely honest, that excites me, as my favorite albums by Dev have been the ones where it took me multiple spins to really connect with them :D

I'm on my 2nd listen currently after a completely crap night of work, and it's absolutely pleasant on the ears :)

So I don't post here very often but I'm currently working though my second listen of "Ghost" and it may be a bit premature at this point, but it might actually be my favorite album of Devin's. The album is actually more along the lines of what I was anticipating "Ki" to be like, and even though I enjoyed Ki, I'm enjoying Ghost that much more at this point. I'm so glad that Devin is releasing this and Deconstruction at the same time, because I think they will work very well together. Once I buy and receive my actual copies of Ghost and Decon, I'm going to run though all four albums in one sitting. When I think about it, I think that it would be a very 'circular' listening experience.

Starting at Ki, going to Addicted and Deconstruction, and then ending up at Ghost, I could almost see circling back around to Ki again in the theme of things. It's a very interesting set of albums that will work very well as a whole I think, and the box set will make a lot of sense.

Anyway, Ghost is fantastic and is up there with Terria and Ocean Machine as my favorite Dev albums at this point. Can't wait to hear Ghost II and Epicloud. Good things are ahead I do believe! :D

Ghost is fantastic. Kat's flute work is superb.
I can't wait for a rainy day, so I can just sit in my room and listen to the album. Seems like a perfect listen for rainy days. :)

First of all, I love Ghost. It's pure pleasure from beginning to end.
However if there was one thing I was gonna pick on, I think the flutes could be better integrated. It's like they are in a layer of their own sometimes (which is also pretty cool in a way - I guess it's just a different way of doing it, which is equally "correct"). In some songs they are very well integrated though, like Texada. Oh... Texada <3

To me Ghost feels like a early morning stroll in a beautiful, colourful, dew-covered landscape, and that's definately a good feeling.

I can't say any single song blew me away, but as a whole this album is exceptionally beautiful. Great work Dev!
