I really hope Devin continues to make positive music. I adore this album.

edit: I think this also the only Devin album which sounds just as good at a low volume, too!

It feels like its brimming with a calm, contented love. Like an audio hug :D

I can't wait for these two albums arrive. I think the DTP has been a huge success. The whole thing sounds like a journey of self-discovery and reflection and I also LOVE how diverse these albums have been. :)

And to think that there's MORE Ghost to come...

As having just discovered Dev's work within the past year, I've become a huge fan. Borderline obsessed with his music, in fact. It's unlike anything else I've ever heard. I've been blasting Deconstruction non-stop for the past month, and after listening to Ghost I'm blown away to a completely different realm. I'm extremely thankful for having come accross Devin, and for all of his musical integrity.

Ok, I just needed to let that out....Blackberry FTW!!

Once I can find it, I think I might start with Ki and work my way through. Although I don't know if that would make me so tired of listening to music by the time Ghost rolls around, that I can't enjoy it. Maybe throw on Pandemic to destroy my balls a bit, so that Ghost can come in and apply savlon to them?

The title track was an unexpected favourite of mine on my first listen. The chord progression and vocals are so mesmerising. I'm getting some Sigur Rós vibes off some songs, which is awesome. :D

I dunno about that, lots of people who had it a few weeks ago have different favourites. I first heard it at 4am, as the sun was rising, I was looking out onto the woods backing onto my garden...it was kinda epic. Then on Tuesday I went to stay at my aunt's (middle of nowhere in a converted farmhouse), about 1am, bed right beneath a massive Velux window staring onto a VERY VERY black night, with a FUCKTON of stars with Ghost on. My own free planetarium. Wicked.

I honestly think this is the best record to date. Big round of applause and a group hug for Dev :B

it's been Fly and Ghost (title track) for a while now. Once the albums are both officially out, I'll do a little write up on what I did for my birthday with the entirety of the project. FUN IN NATURE THAT LEADS TO SEVERE SUNBURNS :D

this. Only since 2009 for me.

And I'll add: this is Dev's finest achievement. Instantly gratifying, satisfying, blissful, consoling, and ...complete.

I was listening to it while sifting through articles about Jared Loughner.

I'm a terrible multitasker.
