I think you're counting them double now.

Probably, in my enthusiasm.

12 more Ghost songs? awesome! that's even more than was originally in the Ghost 2 tracklist.

there were 7 unused Decon songs on the whiteboard tracklist from Deconstrupdate 1 - "Illuminati," "Mad at My Dad," "Morbid," "Brownman," "Turning Black," "The Universe," and "Ho Krll." did some of them become Ghost tracks? or were they left aside in general? at least one of them has to be "Sumeria," since its title wasn't on the whiteboard.

i remember someone saying "Traestorz" was the long song, i.e. "The Mighty Masturbator." similarly, the end of it (the "Infinite Waltz" return) was called "The Punisher."

Perhaps some of the names were changed?

That's probably more likely, Dev said somewhere that he changed the names of some of the songs.

Is it weird that I'm thinking of not listening to Ghost until the box set comes out? I think I want to take Ghost 1 and Ghost 2 in at the same time... of course, I don't think my willpower would win.

My two cents:

Yes and no, I guess. All the material was originally intended to be on one album, obviously, but the two albums that exist now have their differences. Ghost 1 is light and beautiful, and Ghost 2 is a little more dark an ominous; thus, why Dev decided to split them into two albums. You probably knew that already; point is, Dev arranged them both separately, and at this point, I think the music is different enough that it doesn't add to/subtract from the experience if you hear one independently of the other. I know how it feels to want to get the 'complete' experience, believe me (I skipped out on the Feather edit in favor of hearing the full version on the album) so it's really up to you. I'd just listen to Ghost 1 in it's entirety, treat it as it's own album, and do the same for Ghost 2, myself.

They're not on his channel; other people uploaded them. Fly was performed live at NAMM 2011, while the clip floating around concerning Feather is just an edit - 8-something minutes of the actual 11 minute long track.
