I'm not sure if anyone else has been confirmed, but those guest vocalists look ever so enticing...

I'm honestly a bit disappointed in the drummer choices. I love RVP...and Dirk is great, but when Jarzombek's name was thrown around...amongst others, I got my hopes way high. RVP's vibe just seems an odd choice, although if he was able to nail Ziltoid live, maybe my confusion is unfounded. And, I hate the sound of Dirk's drums, at least on Soilwork albums. I dunno, I was just thinking more progressive.

I agree with that, when Dev said that Tim Yeung was a possibility, I was excited at the prospect of my fast, blast-beat ridden dream coming true. Yeung is a fucking machine.

But considering my love for Aborted and Dirk, blast beats are not far away.

RVP was a called for choice! He nailed that Ziltoid show flawlessly like there was no tomorrow. Hallelujah brothers and sisters.

Have you listened to RVP's band Terror Syndrome? There is some tasty metal drumming on that.

Also, Non-Human Level.

+1

It seems Dev's concentrating on Ghost first, in order to do what he really wanted to do first.

Perhaps so. He seems more comfortable with (relatively) easy-listening music these days than with heavier sounds. Still, I imagine that what energy he's putting into Decon is going to be powerful stuff.

Oh yeah. Decon is going to be timed so well.

Decon is going to be a major outburst for Devy, is what I think. I think it's all what he;s held back during Ki and Addicted unleashed. Yeahhh!!

I have a feeling it's going to be everything he has held back his entire career. A cacophony of musical chaos and emotion. It will be the ultimate purging of Dev's musical soul. It will be one hell of a mind-fuck, and I can't wait. :)
