Yeah, as far as a 'masterpiece' goes (if there is such a thing) at this point in my career, this will be it.

Both records will be released at the same time, around May.

4 drummers so far, small orchestra and choir, 4 male singers, one female...

Same budget as Addicted...gahhh.

Do these 4 drummers have names? Or is it too soon to ask? I understand if you want to keep it on the down-low for a little longer. Also curious about the other vocalists you're using, but maybe it's better to spill the beans on all this after the proper release of Addicted.

So what does the envisioned planning look like? Recording up until January, then touring into March, then mixing for a month or two and releasing in (late) May?

So I'm guessing because of the estimated release there wont be any Decon material played on the BTBAM/Cynic/Scale the Summit tour?

I bet I'll hate two of the male vocalists.
I have been hurt before :(

I'm guessing one is Mikael Akerfeldt.

But the important question, which I know everyone is asking is:
Will it be fast?
Like BRAIN CRUSHINGLY, BALL-BUSTINGLY FAST??

I am always background in the forum so now my time has come to join conversations! If I must pick one of your records which is "masterpiece" I have to go with Alien! I know your headspace is very different nowadays but it`s true CLASSIC (and oh yes, City is too)! I am so exited about the clip of Addicted. I can finally move on with Ki, it`s beautyful record btw. There`s lot of little vocal tracks, again, love it. Trainfire baby!

You sir have already done this with Ki as far as I'm concerned. You set the bar so fucking high for yourself in this four album series that I think it may be impossible to top. Maybe match it but top it? I doubt it :)

I think a lot of people are hoping one of those four will be Gene, of only for a small cameo.
