His is off a comady show down in Australia called "The Chaser's War On Everything" the show consists of this panel of guys who bring up major topics in the news and milk it dry for it's commical value.

They have some pretty hiliarous stuff on there website, I've been known to laugh so hard I pissed my pants once.
