I copied this over from my website, give it a listen, all feedback is very welcome.

That’s right, Dan from Blackspiral.co.uk and I have combined to create our own podcast. The show is going to be a weekly conversation between me and Mr. Brand with currently two set areas of topic. Those being the film we both watched together before the show, and our thoughts on the latest additions to Download Festival. So check us out on the iTunes store or download it here. There’s some pretty strong language here or there, well, in general, so if you’re offended by such things or offended by people with annoying laughs and low intellects, steer clear friend.

This Week//
With the first episode, the guys discuss Scarface, Download Festival, how much you need to listen to Devin Townsend’s music, the start of the "Less time online" campaign, how much Arnie rules and the British film Dead Mans Shoes.

"Podcasting is the distribution of audio or video files, such as radio programs or music videos, over the Internet using either RSS or Atom syndication for listening on mobile devices and personal computers."

there were streaming radio shows...
but it's also due to the advent of widespread high speed connections.
When everyone was sat around on 56k, downloading 80 meg podcasts probably didn't spring to mind.
