Alright alright... So what is everyone's favorite moment of the album?

You guys might find this weird, but I just adore the "hurray for Dr. Young, ..." part in Triumph. And just the whole song really. I think Triumph is becoming my favorite Devin song, I listen to it like 15 times every day.

Well......

I know I'm in the band BUT I'm a big a fan of this album just like all of you. My fave is definitely Pixillate ! I love that song. I'd say my close second would be Triumph and then Gaia.

Overall, I listen to the album from start to finish everytime. I love the whole vibe of listening to the album that way. This is by far my fave Dev solo record and I'm really glad that all of you are enjoying it. It's also really nice to see all the amazing reviews it's getting worldwide as well. Hopefully this album will do bigger and better things for us, so we can tour to all your hometowns/cities.

Anyways, before I get carried away.... Pixillate is my fave devy song out of any album.... Earthday has been taken over !

A quick question to those who downloaded the album and have now received the "Actual" copy of Synchestra ( U better have bought it!!!!)

Is there a huge difference in the sound quality? Have you noticed anything different?

Mike's bass is wicked, and I love that guitar riff.

"gaia" is the shit!....the drumming on that song is fucking great...killer groove.

Those "special" effects on that DVD are pretty horrendous, but otherwise it's great! Always interesting to see the recording facilities etc.

At the moment Vampira is my favourite, it's so easy to get into. (I've only listened the album once)

Just love, absolutely love Triumph. Gorgeous.
"Knowing I've known more than half my share" Excellent.
Pixellate kicks my ass, especially the last minute.
"We are the river, we are the stone!" Excellent.
I really enjoy Vampira and pieces of Devs vocal performance reminds me of that on Room 429 for some reason.
"You'll burn Burn BURN!!" Excellent.
I seem to struggle with A Simple Lullaby. Not because it is a bad song.....it's just difficult to 'process' at times.
Notes from Africa has one incredibly catchy melody. My girlfriend will soon start beating me if I continue to hum it.
"As the days roll by, the reasons why......" Excellent.
Babysong is probably one of my least favourite tracks.

Overall, a sensational release and one that meets my expectations (which are set pretty high!).

My favourite song (heard synchestra yesterday for the first three times, yippieh!) atm: Let It Roll, because of the Paul McCartney-singing.

I love that long "Paralyzed" at the end of Pixillate, with the distorted vocoder-like effect on it.
