Production-wise it's quite good, imo.

But the flip-flop bit always makes me cringe....I mean COME ON! It's just SILLY!

I'm gonna go with the Downward Spiral as well, just barely over Pretty Hate Machine, as it is really the album that turned me on to them, especially with March of the Pigs.

"The Fragile," without a doubt. One of the best albums of the '90s, imo.

Nobody's said Broken yet, which is my favorite behind TDS. Broken was actually the first one I heard. It blew my mind, it's really an amazing record. It's pretty short but it's fucking BRUTAL.

And I love the little 'caution: do not play on mono devices' warning :)

Yeah, it's odd there hasn't been a vote for Broken.

Also, I though The Downward Spiral would own this poll. But apparently The Fragile is quite popular around here.

The Downward Spiral, easily. Broken (particularly Gave Up) is what got me into them, and TDS is what cemented me as a fan.

I agree with whomever mentioned the story in TDS....it's amazing. My favorite part is The Becoming when the mechanical is clashing with the organic.
There used to be a website that explained each song...I wish I could find it.
Also...the crazy drum beat at the end of The Becoming just fucking owns so hard. I get goosebumps when I hear it still.


As far as With Teeth goes....I was very disappointed with it.. It was a huge, overwhelming "BLAH", when I listen to it.

yeah i fucking love playing that song on bass, it makes your fingers feel like theyve been raped after but i love it :D

i got fixed today and its far better that further down the spiral and things falling apart...
