Got my email and added the tracks to iTunes. Shame they're only 192Kbps. Guess I'll have to wait for the proper release of Ghost 2.

I find these songs to be absolutely fantastic! I freaking love Mend and Watch you.

I can already tell, Ghost 2 > Ghost, at least for me.

Watch You is a sick track. Possibly even my favourite Devin song from 2011. Reminds me of Muse, too.

I got to hear Watch You in an early-ass form at a little acoustic thing in January 2010, it's amazing to hear where it's come.

Just listened to "Mend". I think it's beautiful. It's good to see someone else embracing bass as an ambient instrument, other than Bill Laswell. It works really well, and gives it a nice thick mood.

did you order from cmdistro? you should've gotten an email by now, if not you should contact the company. i'd say before ghost 2 is "officially" released, any link sharing would be questionable.

Is there any kind of track order to this Ghost II sampler, or is it just like, "Here are four songs from this upcoming album—listen to 'em however you please"? There's no numbering on the file names nor tags nor InsideOut download site nor...

By the way, bought my Deconstruction/Ghost set through CM and got the download info not even an hour ago.

They come in alphabetical order in the zip file from CM (at least mine did), but after listening to the very beginning/ending of each song next to each other, the "flow" seems to be this:


1. Drench
2. Mend
3. Fall
4. Watch You

Same as for the Decon/Ghost leak-link sharing, publicly sharing (or nagging for) the link to the Ghost 2 downloadable tracks that comes with a purchase of the Deconstruction and Ghost albums will not be tolerated.

Having said that, I have no idea whether my Omerch bundle will have said link. I'll be interested to find out this weekend.

was there a "barebones" preorder option that had just the albums (i.e. no vinyl)? i can't remember, but maybe there was an option that didn't come with the ghost 2 tracks. how much money was your order?
