I went with the Blu Ray and CD as separates. The limited cover is lovely just can't justify the extra money for it and some DVDs of I assume the same stuff?

I ordered the Deluxe package, although I've no idea how I'm gonna pay for it yet - haha! They seem to be getting more expansive with each release but I'm wondering if he's alienating a lot of the younger fans who don't have as much income. I feel sorry for the die-hards who just can't afford it.

It's not alienating anyone, there's plenty of options to cover everyone's financial situations. All they're doing is offering something a little bit more for those who are prepared to fork out; the more successful a band are, the more they can manage to do this, the ball rolls a little longer for them.
