I imagine it's just the slipcase so there's probably going to be something else. That said, I preferred the Decon slipcase artwor to the main artwork so I wouldn't mind if this was the final art. It looks fine to me

double album? YES my prayers have been answered. hopefully they follow through with it instead of what happened with ghost then ghost 2 then nothing. i would imagine they're not quite demos; just mixed differently, maybe slight less sound quality. don't care, sure it will all be great.

The Ghost 2 thing was a little different in that the project had been advertised from the start as being a 4 album thing. The label had an obligation to concentrate and promote that, and felt adding any more would muddy the waters. If you remember there was a brief time there that Dev was talking about both Decon and Ghost being double albums.

The label's biggest challenge with Dev is trying to take all this creativity and try to make it something sellable. Not to just the fans, because they know we'll buy it. They need to try and sell it to those new to Dev. One of the things they are working hard at is trying to space things out so they can concentrate on selling one thing at a time so as not to confuse people too much.

I totally agree. I'd be thrilled to see Dev go multi-platinum kind of giganto superstar sort of thing, though mainly because I think it'd be sweet what kind of live shows he'd be able to do then. Plus, I love the dude's music, I'd be happy if he made a giant pile of cash. The only way to do that is to catch the attention of new fans, and the label is definitely doing things right as far as how they're marketting things, because I'm seeing Dev in more and more places, being promoted in a positive light. And of course, as annoying as new fanbases can be, if there's anybody in the world that deserves a crowd that spans a mile wide and a mile deep, it's Devin & his bandmates.
