I downloaded the 720p copy of the video, extracted the raw AAC audio, and placed it in an iPod/Zune compatible MP4 container. No loss of quality whatsoever, will sound far better than any "youtube rip" websites.

Although I respect Epicloud for whatever it's going to be, but it sounds like the perfect fusion of Ghost (yeeess), Accelerated Evolution (yeeeeeessss) and - to me - even Terria (m'fucking holy moly!!) indeed.
I - want - to - hear - the - whole - album - NOW. right now. even in demo stadium. yeeeesss!

I got all excited when I saw there was a new post in this topic, but sadly there was no update... I forgive you though.

I feel priveliged to have heard Devy perform the demo song live at the Leicester acoustic show the other day. It's been stuck in my head ever since. Beautiful song. Should be called "Belong", if you ask me.

Devy also said, at the guitar clinic earlier, that he'd written five songs for Epicloud, originally intended to be quite poppy and commercial, but he didn't like them, so he started stripping them down. His management suggested he do something that combined all four DTP records - with some poppy stuff and some brutal stuff and some atmospheric stuff. Dev told them he needed a month to sit down and write and get his head clear, which he'll hopefully be able to do soon, when the infinite tour is over. Oh, and Anneke is definitely still involved with the album!

i got the impression that doing an album combining all the DTP elements is a separate thing. after all, he said he needs a month to clear up and write it, and that he hopes to do it soon.

Epic, Loud and like a cloud. thats the idea i have in my head. which is exactly what i'd be hoping for

Maybe the "pi" part means it'll go good with eating pie...beyond that, i think devin should make "epicanneked" instead, it'd be smart to keep Lou Reed a long ways away from the recording process of this album Jamming some energetic music at the speed of light with both Anneke & Devin doing their thing while eating pie, that would be an experiece

Epicloud is an anagram of Cloud Pie. It IS gonna involve pie.
