I disagree about putting on during a bad day, though. For me the relaxing vibes sometimes send me into a brooding state, and I don't really feel 'better' as such. Nonetheless, it's always good to listen to with a cup of green tea before sleep

I agree with both of you. On the one hand, if I have a crummy day, listening to something like Ghost can lift my spirits, but if it has been especially shitty, then I can't find myself appreciating it as much as I should. I wonder if Ghost 2 will be the mediator in that regard.
