Since Ghost & Ghost 2 is the same album in seperate volumes, the differentiating artwork should be interesting.
I can't wait to see the artwork. Hope Devin releases them soon.
Just wanted to pop in say (since I haven't already) the lyrics to Texada and As You Were sound beautiful. All the songs do, really, but those two in particular really stood out to me. I'm actually anticipating Ghost just as much as I am Deconstruction, just... differently. It'll never be a rush of a adrenaline to listen to like Decon will, but... chilling out to it late at night, or taking a walk to clear my head while listening to it, will make me just as happy in a totally different way.
Also, to throw in my two cents about Ghost 2 (as it's currently known) - I actually like the title of Dark Ghost better, myself. Ghost 2 insinuates that it's a continuation of the first Ghost album, kind of robbing the latter of it's significance within the DTP. It'll make people think that Ghost 2 is also part of the flow of the DTP, when it's really not... just a collection of outtakes that didn't make the main Ghost recording, for a number of reasons. Dark Ghost would let people know that it's an offshoot of the main Ghost album, as well as describe it's sound (and why those songs didn't make the main recording) better than Ghost 2 would. And, I just like the name 'Dark Ghost' better than 'Ghost 2'. Obviously, Devin can do whatever he wants, and I'll be happy with whatever name it winds up going with in the end (if he's even still deliberating on a name...) but that's just my opinion now.
Oh, and the slipcase artwork is gorgeous; can't wait to see the actual cover, and Decon's slipcase/artwork too!

Three at once? This just gets better and better. Devin's artistic output is pretty much unmatched in both quality and quantity these days. Buckethead releases albums as frequently, but doesn't display the kind of quality control and finesse that Dev does.
So glad to hear Ghost 2 is alive. Sick.

I got this today on a Nevermore & Symphony X gig.... Promotional CD with song "Feather" and a small image of Ghost cover art! Sounds awsome! Keep on the good work!
