I guess that makes sense, just judging from what I've heard in the youtube clips. Similarly, Trainfire kills the vibe for me on Ki. And I know that song has cool moments, but the main verse part of it kills it for me. And there is a simple reason. I hate Elvis and that 50's shuffle style. I have never been able to tolerate it. And Ki isn't mellow enough to keep my intolerance at bay. Maybe the overall tranquility of Ghost will coax me into a state where I can fully accept and appreciate the twangy-twang of Texada. I hate country. We'll see if Ghost keeps the hate away. I have a strong feeling that it will.
