It's a good arrangement. As long as we eventually hear these tracks somewhere down the line - especially when they're bundled into bonus discs - I'll be overjoyed, but I wouldn't want to push him towards releasing stuff that was significantly weaker than he felt necessary.
Some of Dev's out-takes are some of my favorite songs. Sit In The Mountain is my ringtone. I don't think we need to worry about sub quality material. I suspect these out-takes to be mostly stuff that is MIND BLOWING, but was excluded as they don't fit with the flow of the albums.
