Not playing something from Physicist with Jed as well seems like a big ol' missed opportunity... Unless Jed played on Kingdom and I haven't heard about it.

Ah well. From all the good things I'm hearing about it... Can't wait for the DVD!

I just remembered this thread would have existed...

I think the show was a massive success. Sure, there were a few learning curves; but you guys also gotta remember this is the first time Dev's ever done anything like this, and I'm sure you'll agree it's a far cry from The Ziltoid Show at Tuska 2010 (for instance, the Retinal Ziltoid costume isn't a pile of wank that you can't see shit out of...)
We really had time against us, so managing to get everything going so well in such a short period was nothing short of a miracle (I did pray to baby Jesus every night)
So remember, the next show will be even better! And you can say to yourselves that you saw the one that started it all :D

Nah, they stayed for the whole thing, they were upstairs with me, Amber's (from this forum, also performing in the show) boyfriend and Dev's mum and dad.

Here's some pics I took, mostly on my phone. Not so great but some are funny :P

It felt like most people had come for the two SYL songs were I was as everyone went crazy. I liked the songs but enjoyed the other stuff more. I was so tired near the end that I couldn't bang my head anymore  was a great show but to much went on the same time. I felt really uneasy watching the woman dancing around Harlod was not needed to look like a lap dance.

As a choir member, I can tell you that we did all infact mime. None of us were professional choir singers, apart from the 4 guys who was in the Decon choir.

We were all lucky fans, and had other talents that where performed that night :) I was the fan veil person, fire palms during War, & bellydancer in Bender. :)

So, the choir really was made up of dancers, stiltwalkers and circus performers!

And, to be honest, there was SO much behind the scenes stuff at that show, that having a proper choir would of meant another 25 people to have mic'd up, as well as arranging the performers too... it would of been hell :D ahahaha
