As much as I'd love for Deadhead to be performed, I doubt it. My real guess is that it will be some of the heavier DTB stuff. I'd say By Your Command, Namaste, and Regulator, which he did perform last month in West Chester, PA (maybe elsewhere too).

Here's a youtube clip of it (I love it with the clean vocals even more than the studio version):

I reckon "By Your Command" and maybe "Earth Day" as encores. We'll find out in a few hours! In the queue now. I think some people have been here since 3pm! That's dedication...

Mmmm, out of curiosity, can someone take picture of the program/comic thing? For us less fortunate folk who didn't get to go such an awesome event? :)

Damn, it's now Saturday afternoon, but there is only one video on youtube of the show so far (Resolve). :( Being a Friday night, I guess everyone went to the "pub" afterwards and are now too hungover to upload there videos.

Yeah, in the video Dev gives up in the middle of the second chorus and motions to his throat (I wouldn't have a problem with him overdubbing the missed vocals for the DVD). Besides that, the song seems to work great live. Anneke sounds fantastic on it.

I would rather he didn't, but I know 99.9% of live DVD's are doctored in the studio. The thing I dig most about live shows is the awkward bits that set them apart, and little surprises here and there. I have the studio albums, several times over. I don't need another studio version. lol

My only worry is that the DVD's are gonna get caught up in the bureaucracy of the label, and we'll not see them for at least a year or two. Knowing how busy Dev is, hopefully he has someone trustworthy that shares his vision on what the DVD's -should- be.

That's definitely a concern. I can easily see them going "Wow, you've had a lot of product out this year. Better hold this off for a while to fill in the downtime." Although I can see them going the other way, and wanting to strike while the DTP iron is still hot. Fingers crossed, because these shows are without a doubt the most epic thing Devin has ever done.

I have 2 full Ki videos I might stick up, Lady Helen and the title track from memory.

I have about 30secs worth of numbered (testing cam), and about half of Awake out of focus lol, not sure that's worth uploading or will get me negative feedback :? I planned to record the entire Awake but; my pissing, sodding, god forsaken camera decided not to focus properly  . Or maybe I was using it wrong. Eitherway  ! I saw several others recording on so I thought sod it. If no one else uploads anything I might show you what I caught, it will sound different to all the rest for sure seeing as I captured it from the merch stage at the very back .... I was using my beer bottle as a camera mount

I think most people were too busy rocking out or squashed to capture stuff, and it was bloody packed that night, shoulder to shoulder literally

I'm interested in anything from the Addicted show (there's already vids up on YT of KI and Lady Helen). Numbered! is up now (even though the sound quality isn't the greatest, I think it's the best live version I've heard of it) and also a big chunk of Supercrush!.

Question to anyone who was there, did Dev switch it up on Supercrush! and have Anneke sing the first verse instead of the usual way they do it with him singing the first and her sing the second (the video doesn't have the first verse and he is singing the second), or did he sing both (can imagine why that would happen though)?

*OFFTOPIC*

I KNEW I RECOGNIZED YOUR SN. I've been lurking the Petrucci forums longer than I care to admit.

Aha!

Anneke was the highlight of this gig I think, that being said it was epic and Addicted was great fun to ''dance'' and ''sing'' to. Was on the far left and had a great view of Anneke and her moves! Life was AMAZING! But I agree with that, we have heard a lot of Addicted live already. I think in terms of the 4 shows that fits in nicely - here's the odd (ki), the familiar (add), the wild (decon) and the mellow (ghost)... And it fits their purpose too.

I believe she did a show beforehand too - not sure about this - but what a hero if she did. The night would not have been anywhere near without her. Seeing all the guitarists headbanging together was great and the whole vibe was really 'let's party and have fun' and a nod to his usual tour shows.

Amplifier were a bit naff. They were great guys but did nothing in the way of getting the crowd pumped. So unfortunately there wasn't much cheesy dancing to the Ziltoid Radio set - but on projection we did have all the forum shoops up there!
