I was about 2/3 of the way forward on the left, and there was a cameraman behind me. No noticeable heat or chatter where I was either.

The show was incredible. Terminal was breathtaking.

There are many fan shot clips up on youtube of the show, including all of "Ki" (the song). :D

Far out, that seems like a consciousness-evolving experience for sure! Faffy and Violet, you must be chuffed.
Reading all the things you guys said about the show makes me set for the DVD!

COMMENTING FROM AN ACTUAL PC!! Everything before now was from a mobile with a shite net connection, hence the posting of two identical topics that got moved and/or deleted.

Yes Reyner was the young guy dev brought out at the end of the show. It wa an awesome touch. I kinda shows how close Devin thinks about these shows if he feels he can bring his son to all of the shows.

Apparently A Devin/South Park parody pic was shown during the gig at some point. Might I add I CREATED THAT! I wasn't able to be at the Addicted gig due to the fact my sister was getting married today but allegedly my genius work was displayed. Can this be confirmed?

I also gave myself a little youtube tease. Looks like it was great! I'm really glad that such an awesome guy put on such an awesome show for an awesome bunch of people. Really excited for the DVDS!

KI + QUIET RIOT! FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Ki was just BIG... and Quiet Riot... well... I LOVE it already, but the sing-along from the audience. Well... let's just say that a certain Canadian shed a tear. :D

It's a fantastic time to be a Devy fan, that's for damn sure. The DVDs cannot come quick enough.

I think Dev's tweet here sums it up well "Ki had some issues in terms of my memory, but the show was propelled by the most amazing support in my career...beyond touching"

As I thought.... he did seem a bit stunned by the support. I think Ki probably brought out more of the hardcore fans....... the support did seem that little more intense at the Ki show than Addicted to me, and Addicted was nuts. So you can imagine what I was saying about the deafening crowd roar at the Ki show :D I think more or less every single person was chanting Devin in unison at some points at the top of their lungs.

Okay so he forgot where he was going a little once or twice on Coast and had to redo it at the end, more than totally acceptable given the amount of music he plays live.... and the insanity of trying to practice for 4 very different albums in a row!?

Highlight for me and a lot of people naturally Ki. Everyone was waiting for the epic arpeggios and operatic vocals, and him and Dave nailed it perfectly, and the crowd went absolutely fooken insane.

Other highlights that stick for me was the very start of A Monday... it was perfect start. I was trying to imagine how it might sound live before I got there but it was bigger, badder, crisper and cleaner than I could imagine! And then I won't forget when he turned shit up for Disruptr how good and fooken heavy it sounded... him and the band moving in perfect harmony to the best live sound I've heard in a while.... that will be etched in my memory for good!

You best be able to play, write and sing as good as Devin then :) lol can you imagine someone actually trying to take his guitar at the Ki gig, it would be like the worlds biggest, unfairest rugby tackle ever. "Guy squashed to death at chilled out acoustic gig" lol

Are you kidding? I taught that boy everything he knows. Oh, he may deny it now, but deep-down in his heart, he knows the truth. Aye, the truth about many things. Some best not discussed...

Anyhoo, Dev said on his Twitter it was a Sadowsky. OMFG. Sadowsky makes unbelievably perfect guitars: http://www.sadowsky.com/

I want to make babies with this one, and I've never even heard it:
