One other thing that I don't think has been mentioned - Union Chapel was used that morning for a Remembrance service, which meant that they didn't get in to start setting stuff up until somewhere around 2:30. Getting all that gear in place and set up in time was an achievement in itself - apparently they normally try to soundcheck the whole set, but I think this time they just managed a couple of songs. I think Hazlitt's set might have been shorter than intended; not sure though.
Also, the VIP stuff for Ghost, and for Ki was compressed - instructions said we'd be in two groups, but due to lack of time it was done as one. (Didn't go to the Addicted or Deconstruction VIPs - were they the same?)
Anyway, I remember thinking when the guys were setting up the stage for Devin that they looked knackered. Everyone really was giving their all to make that happen, and ye gods it was worth it.
