One other thing that I don't think has been mentioned - Union Chapel was used that morning for a Remembrance service, which meant that they didn't get in to start setting stuff up until somewhere around 2:30. Getting all that gear in place and set up in time was an achievement in itself - apparently they normally try to soundcheck the whole set, but I think this time they just managed a couple of songs. I think Hazlitt's set might have been shorter than intended; not sure though.

Also, the VIP stuff for Ghost, and for Ki was compressed - instructions said we'd be in two groups, but due to lack of time it was done as one. (Didn't go to the Addicted or Deconstruction VIPs - were they the same?)

Anyway, I remember thinking when the guys were setting up the stage for Devin that they looked knackered. Everyone really was giving their all to make that happen, and ye gods it was worth it.

He's singing the bit at the end of Fall.

Scary. Once I looked at that photo, I heard Dev singing 'FAAAAAAAAAAAAAALL' in my head. :P

It was SO good. Ah fuck it... there are no words. It was beautiful. So many amazing people. Just overwhelming.
And the applause... Good god! D: <3

Best show I've ever seen in my life prior to Thursday was Iron Maiden on their Somewhere Back in Time Tour. Thursday it was Ki, then Friday it was Addicted, Saturday it was Decon, and by Sunday, it was Ghost.

Ghost was fucking amazing.

Still don't have my head straight from that show.

That's how I felt, and yep... Couple days later, still making me feel all  (in a good way)

easily the best show of the 4 - and Ghost is not my favourite album of the quadrilogy. it was all perfect - the sound, the crowd, the atmosphere, the songs, and above all: the whole band and the chapel. what an amazing event for which I'm very thankful for having been allowed to attend that. didn't want to miss the opportunity at the end to say hi to the godfather of "very touching music", so we got to exchange some words which was.. yeah, some kind of liberating for me to express what his music means to me. Dev's deep look into every single one's eyes shouldn't go unmentioned. It sounds very cheesy, but time stood still for some moments.

epic night, yet to be beaten..

Same. I haven't been able to listen to anything from Ghost, Radial Highway, Fall or Watch You since the show... I miss it so much. It'll take a while to get over just what an unusual experience that show was. It was really something surreal and I doubt I'll ever experience a better live musical show.

This.

Ghost was something truly, truly special and I really hope it's conveyed just as well on the DVD.

It felt like that to me too. Like a thanks to everyone for everything.

Same. Thing is I can't think of anything at all ever that might top that show. Not that I want anything to :) but my point is we may have just seen the best show we will ever see in our entire lives, and I can honestly say I am perfectly happy with that!

I just couldn't believe how Dev went round and thanked as many people as he possibly could, it took a while!

Was such an amazing show, probably started tearing up about halfway through. I'm not even sure whether it was the show itself or the fact that four incredible nights were coming to a close. Absolutely loved every minute of it. And it was nice to sit down and have ice cream after 3 nights of standing around with beer!
