Pics etc later tomorrow but just popped by to say AMAZING as ever!

Great crowd, Devin on fine form and a wonderful night out.

You know when a track leaps out live and takes itself up a notch from the recorded version? For me that was Grace, closing the show. Man, that is HUUUUGE live!

Good to see many faces from the north east crew. Hope those of you going to the Circus have a great time :D

2am this morning, a tweet from Dev:-

First gig tonight in Newcastle... typical first gig weirdness, but the nice folks made it a ton of fun. I quite like it here.

Nice to see that he realises the warmth we have for the guy in this corner of the island :D

Only five pics taken by me as I'm trying to get away from being the person watching whole gigs through my phone's screen

The face on the fourth one is a killer though and I do like the classy stillness of the last one......

Yeah its Babysong and it was an amazing addition, also a few of us caught detox getting rehearsed, but it was not played for us.

I was so looking forward to seeing Dev in a band setting, and they didn't disappoint! Saw him last year when he did his acoustic gig at Newcastle uni and was blown away at what a humble and nice guy he is.

What a set too, and they played my favourite ever Dev song. Kingdom! Introduced as Ih Ah haha.
Baby song was a welcome addition, and War was also unexpected but sounded amazing live.
Grace was unbelievable!!!! I think someone else has mentioned how epic this sounded live, but what an end to the evening!
Bit disappointed there was no encore but understand this was probably due to time restraints, but what a gig.
Ever since getting hold of his official bootleg video years and years ago I have wanted to see him live and I'll remember this gig for a long time. Couldn't believe he came to Newcastle and wouldn't have missed it for the world(even though I was ill) Got my Ziltoid puppet too :D

Come back Devin!!!!!!!!!!
