Weird. I ordered mine on the 6th of October, did the right payments (i.e. a huge chunk of money is out of my account) and everything. Hell I'm even located in the same state as CM, and they're like, we've sent an invoice. I'd like to know my stuff was at least in transit.

1) I ordered by email before the European pre-orders were available
2) I never got a confirmation email after paying via Paypal
3) It was shipped November 5th
4) The sticker on the envelope lists a value of $35 (Hoodie+CD) so I didn't get any extra tax/import fares
