It's downright amazing to me that the system works this way. Honestly, can people tell me that these songs wouldn't be popular if they were marketed by the companies and shoved onto the radio?

Amazing Album has completely blown me away, when im not listening to it its playing in my head! Dev and Anneke's vocals are outstanding & RVPs drumming is awesome as usual.
Has anyone else noticed that the beginning of 'Bend it like Bender' sounds like Sonic youths 'Sunday' ??

Yeah, the way the music business works is fucked up and unfair. It's all about marketing and exposure in different forms of media and at the very root of it all, it's all about MONEY. Unfortunately a lot of folk just listen to whatever the mighty TV and radio tell them to listen and don't care to go beyond that.

Don't worry payback is being a bitch to this system, but there will be some good artists who will be a casualty of the collapse.

Has anyone noticed the subtle reference to Deadhead on The Way Home? Listen to 0:30 to 0:36 on The Way Home and compare it to about 3:00 to 3:08 on Deadhead. The very first time I heard The Way Home something was driving me nuts because I couldn't place where that 30-36 section came from.

Anyways, am I nuts? Was this done intentionally?

Intentional I would believe, it was the first thing I noticed as well....

Please rephrase that.

LOL Is it the awkward phrasing or the sentiment that bothers you?

If you don't buy the album (after d'loading it), I hope you get cancer, preferably in or around your reproductive organs such that engendering offspring is no longer possible prior to your agonizing and prolonged suffering ending in death.

Is that better?
