Have the 1000 copies all gone now? I'd have loved to have gotten a signed one I wish I'd have checked a couple of days ago.

BTW, any word on how many copies KI has sold so far?

Is it possible to tell us when the first 1000 were all sold? I pre-ordered on May 3rd
