Hey hey hey, greetings from Finland!
I've been looking at this forum for quite a while now, as a silent by-watcher, but wanted to be counted in for the facebook- group and as a member of the street team!
Been really excited for a few months now, reading about Dev's projects and future releases. Also , as a guitarist, been interested in all the gear talk and possible future signature-gear from Devin.
As a note for Mr. Townsend himself: You sir, have returned my faith in modern music. Been listening for your stuff for 3 years now, heard you from a friend. Sadly I never got see you live, 'cos I heard SYL for the first time in august '06, and you had JUST PLAYED at Provinssirock in june with SYL (all hail the green bunny!
). Therefore, I've been keeping up expectations for you to return to touring after these albums have been released, so keepin fingers crossed
With time I started listening to your solo stuff and the DTB, And have found them to be equally, if not even more exciting than your work with SYL. Been also listening a lot to the Hummer lately, studying for my exams and relaxing with it... it's pure geniosity (if that's a word
)
