Ziltoid is a closed chapter I think, although a tiny cameo somewhere might be fun.

So maybe there's a question of how it could continue?
Ziltoid could be an imagination invader, and re-conceptualise himself in some-one else's mind. Or.....

ok, I'll tell something I've learned. Not saying I can prove anything, this may help some one, I don't know.
Grey's don't like pig shit. You just have to think of them covered in it. (I'm not familiar with smell of it, might visit a pig pen, just to get the image smell in my thoughts. It said to be like a weapon, (yes, just think it)).
