I'll start off with this one from Color Your World:

A reference to Wrong Side from The New Black. God I love this man!

The Greys has a very similar riff to Notes from Africa...

Also Color Your World has the "who's awakened now/I'm already gone" from one of the songs on Physicist... I think. I recognize it anyhow.

That "who's the weakest now" part is from "Voices in the Fan" hehe... that's not my sn at all...

Not really

I'm only on my second listen now, but I noticed lots of things on my first listen and now again. But it's too early to point them out.

The end of "Color Your World" is a reference to Info Dump.

No really, the "YOU - ARE A - PUPPET" part. Listen to that and the very end of Info Dump :p

I think that could be a coincidence. The pattern is the same, but it's not like it's an incredibly complex or original one. It may well be a reference, though. Not really sure what to think about that one.

I've also noticed "It's beautiful, it's beautiful" at 08.10 in Color Your World which is quite similar to Stagnant at 01.50.

I love the Wrong Side and Voices In The Fan bits.

But I have to say this, and I don't know where else to do it, so:

The Planet Smashers name is Herman, and He hates musicals... :lol:

That's because MP3s don't come with lyrics booklets. :lol:

Anyway, the guitars in the verse of "Hyperdrive" reminds me of the guitars in the verses for "Night." In "Night" there's those little beeps and boops, while in "Hyperdrive" they're harmonics (at least they sound like harmonics, could be actual notes, though).
