I was looking at the new photos of Ziltoid and there is some fucking hard sculpting that devin did! The fucking neck man, that shit looked hard. If anyone knows or devin or tracy can you share some info

The teeth are from a bear, as I believe Devin stated. My guess for the body is some sort of bendable foam, probably the same stuff Gwar uses for their costumes.
According to Wikipedia, that's foam latex.
