The ones you listed are all the ones I'm aware of.

If you want to go the next level, you can count songs he did on other people's albums:

Nerd Alert (from Guitars That Ate My Brain)
Natural Science (from some Rush tribute album)

Then there's the Human Equation songs, which he wrote part of... then there's a billion other guest appearances he's done...

Idom, which was on some odd japanese compilation, and was later reworked into Dire/Consequence for the SYL album.
Sinner, from a Judas Priest tribute album (I think Dev only did the vocals on this track. The same applies to the Rush cover mentioned).

There are live acoustic versions of Hide Nowhere and Sister on some versions of Infinity.

I wouldn't consider Things Beyond Things a bonus track, since it's on every pressing of the album, and such an integral part of OM :)

Dev did some vocal parts of James Murphy's album Convergence, on the tracks Since Forgotten and The Last One.

Looking at the Love Load (I Need Nobody But Me), from the Stillborn EP, by Unit:187, might be one to look out for.

Vocals on Wrathchild and Shout at the Devil alongside Stuck Mojo on their album Violate This.

I could go on but just realised there's a ton of this shit on wiki:
