I have the arpeggios in Ki as my tone most of the time. It's wonderful because it's recognizable and nobody else has it.

I used to have All Hail the New Flesh as my ring tone
Since transitioned to Meshuggah - Rational Gaze though.

For my ringtone, I prefer to have something pretty punchy that quickly gets to the point. I can't be bothered cutting songs up to make a ring tone.
