Yeah it would be good. Especially if you're interested in a bit more publicity.

You can upload samples of tracks, or be extra nice and upload full tracks. Its pretty interesting too, seeing exactly which songs are the general publics favourites and stuff...

Hang on, were you talking as a general... Devin the man himself... account? Or an account for the artist Devin?

Either way... it'd probably be a cool idea.

Well here is a link to the Devin page. http://www.last.fm/music/Devin+Townsend

If you mean to start an account for the Devin page then some music could be uploaded I guess but using YouTube is better in my opinion because many more people use YouTube than Last.FM.

Also with Devin starting his own personal account to track his music. Wouldn't he have to be listening at his computer all the time then? Or are there add ons for all MP3 players now? I don't know. I listen to music on my computer when I am using it then my sound system the rest of the time which doesn't log my music (obviously).

And maybe he can help sort of the confusion of how to place his music. Well, not confusion, but some, including myself, for example, scrobble everything he's done, including the Band and the Project, as simply Devin Townsend. Not accurate name-wise, but it keeps it all in one place. And if he agrees with my idea, then I'm right! I like being right.

It would be nice if HDR signed up as a label, and made the entire Dev discography available for (at least) 30 second samples, and full songs for Last.fm radio.

Yeah thats what I was thinking of. Dev stuff is like the only stuff in my libraries/charts that doesn't have a little black arrow next to it - It looks odd!

Well a lot of the songs are already there. OM, Infinity, Physicist, Terria & AE, apparently:

Could use some Ziltoid, Synchestra and Ki to win over some new souls, right? ;)

Or to inform more people about the lesser known beauties of Project EKO, Devlab and The Hummer.
