Not sure if someone's brought this up earlier..
Just for the hell of it, post pics of people who bear a significant remblance to the Dev!

I'll start with a pic of myself. I was watching an old video of myself where I was 16 years old and realized I kinda looked like Devin and took a screenshot.
Here's a comparison with a shocking picture of a dirty 16yo Finnish bastard on the left and Dev on the right:

Is it just me or do I look 30 in that pic?

My mate Dan looks a bit like Dev if he had curley hair, although it's moreso in person...

People used to tell me that I looked like Devin Townsend when I had long hair, possibly because I had long hair and glasses, and was receding a bit at the front.
I used to think this was quite funny. Unfortunately, my fiance didn't think the receding hairline thing was as funny as I did, so I ended up cutting the hair to get some peace

Here's a picture. I can see where people were coming from, but at the same time I don't think there's a massive resemblance.


I'll try to find another picture that's taken from a less retarded angle...

Looks more like Jason Newsted to me.

Oh I do know a guy who looks like Jason Newsted too.

Once on the tube in London I saw Devin's literal twin. Me and a mate were fully convinced it was actually him and were slightly in shock, and was just about to go over and ask if it was actually him, then we heard him speak in a post British accent. Other than that he was down with everything including skullet, beard, glasses, even build - it was uncanny.

And to think I was in the World's End the day after Devin announced the dissolution of SYL etc.

I suspect Dev has been a ray of hope for all follically challenged longhaired rockblokes, whose only previous option was to model themselves on Cronos from Venom.

This picture is somewhat inaccurate now because The Dev no longer has his skullet... but is good otherwise.
