Bastard is in a different tuning than most songs (looks like some B, or open C down half a step), Devin once said he can't remember the tuning, and they wouldn't have guitars set up just for that song.
There's a bootleg with Namaste and Kingdom of Physicist, War of Infinity and OM (well the 1st part of the song only) of the Infinity EP.
So except that little part of OM, I don't think any song of the EP has been played live (except Christeen of course).
I remember that for Triumph he didn't play the Vai solo at the end (there was a question on this in the ask Tracy section I think, I think she replied that he could pull it off but considered it a Vai part, not his, someone corrects me if I say BS
