Nice collector's item. Although, I think it's slightly tacky, and possibly illegal, to sell "for promotional use only" items.
Also, define "interesting offer."
Can I offer to be his butler for a week?

There are lots of promo cds etc on ebay so i dont think its illegal, and even if it is..i dont think the record company will care about a promo cd being sold for a couple of dollars.

I don't think it's illegal. The "For promotional use only" means that it shouldn't be put into retail, it shouldn't be sold commercially. As a collector's item, it's fine I guess.

Nope. A Used CD-Store chain in Ontario where I live accepts Promo Only discs. Got a rare Ministry/Revolting Cocks Radio Promo CD and a reeeeaallly rare Tool CD promo of the song "H."

It is illegal, actually. However, it's a stupid "law" (that some claim is simply a made-up law by labels who have too much money for people to argue that).
Cool collectible, though.

It's on the Ass-sordid Demos compilation. I think it was also a song on the Ocean Machine album Devin scrapped. The song 'Ocean Machines' also on ass-sordid sounds like it belongs to the same recording session as Red Tomorrow, so thats how I got that thought

Nice, but no thanks. I dont want to take away Dev's hard earned work by giving my money away for an item which isn't suppose to be sold to the general public...but awesome collector items none the less.

Oh, cut the crap! Haha. Devin is not affected at all if this thing sells for $2 or $2 million. People have been paying for these promo items since they were pressed on 8-track.

Yeah, I just ordered a Bowie promo CD similar to this last week, actually

Selected tracks from a few of his albums (Except their all live or remixes). It even says "FOR PROMOTIONAL USE, DO NOT SELL" but the stores sell it anyway
