Just now, I've decided to wonder about the kid on HAARHT and some of Terria. He's also on City [re-issue]. Who is he?

I think I remember reading it was Devin as a child? Not sure though.

Yup, it is Devin.

If I remember correctly I think that Devin's mum made loads of tape recordings of him as a child.

Very forward thinking of her!
