And if he hasn't, do you think it's something he might likely do?

What sort of movie do you think he'd like to score? Sci fi? Action? Rom-COm? :P

Something sci-fi-ish or fantasy-based with muppets or puppets. I get a crazy feeling he likes that kind of stuff.

I could see him doing a score/soundtrack for a new Matrix-esque sci-fi thriller. Something with some philosophical dialogue and deep character growth. For those philosophical scenes, I'd expect some cool tunes similar to "Olives" or "Hyperdrive," and then if theres any action, it'd be Strapping-like material all the way!

I actually posted a similar question on the Ask Tracy forums, and he apparently is interested in doing that in the future.

I think he could make some good movie scores, but I personally think full songs he has wouldn't work well with movies because there is too much going on. Movies tend to have very subtle music, so I think any full tune with a whole band and lyrics wouldn't work well as it's too distracting. But I think some of the more subtle stuff off of Hummer and Devlab would work really well with movies.

Some guy on yotube fitted Farscape with "Processional". I think it works.

I'm thinking it doesn't have to be SYL or DTB-esque. The Hummer has shown he can experiment with ambience, so a mix of that and his own virtual orchestra I think would be really interesting.
