Let's do this a sticky post, and any newcomer unfamiliar with Devin's entire catalog can take a look at the result and decide what album to start with.

I went with Infinity although it was a tough call. The production on Infinity is like no other, I'm still hearing new things now. Ants must of taken forever to record (vocals). To a new comer I would recommend Ocean Machine or Accelerated Evolution as a starting point.

Ocean Machine with no competition, it's the most solid album by far. Ace songs from cover to cover

Im going with Infinity for the extremly diverse songs on it. Plus the keyboards add such a great touch.
Favorite song off of that album (right now) - Definatley Bad Devil. But its hard to choose one favorite.

I'd also like to vote for Physicist as "Most Underrated Album". Too many fans and members of the media seemed to shrug that one off for some reason. Oh well, their loss.
Strangely, Infinity is probably my least-favorite Devin project. To me it sounds like it's all over the place, not unlike the first Strapping record. Bad Devil, Ants, Christeen; these songs just don't have a particularily strong effect on me. Having said that, however, the project does contain some of his best work: Truth, Soul Driven, Dynamics, and the glorious intro to Processional, "Star Child Rise".
Does anyone else think that Truth sounds like a whole chorus of fucking heavenly angels, or am I just weird?

Dont get me wrong, I love physicist a lot. Its an amazing album.
But I like songs a little more experimental with variety, so Infinity got the tiny upper hand over physicist.

I voted for Ocean Machine, mainly because I'm on a tie between OM and Terria, and although terria is beautiful and vibrant, Ocean Machine allows me to escape into a different state of mind.

Arrrgggh, why did this topic have to be started? I refuse to pick! They are all equally great and I don't want to have to choose only one.
Terria means a lot to me...

Good Morning People !!! I Love all His albums !!! They are superb !!! They saved my day two hundred times...But...Someone could tried to listen Dev's albums when he was travelling hundreds of miles in car or train...It was really different and cool experience for me...Travelling through country with headphones on ears on a holidays, that I can't wait

...Terria was the best in that time...It's one of the best progressive album ever !!!
